RETIREMENT BECKONS

Our last house leaves the factory on 23 February 2026 and then we shall be tidying up the yard and buildings and Timber Frame Design & Build will be no more.   It has been a blast and everyone here has thoroughly enjoyed helping myriad clients create the home of their dreams. 

The website will remain live until the last of us leaves the building.  Thank you for reading our website over the years and good luck with building whatever it is that you want to build. 

Timber frame is a great way of building - just make sure the groundworks are level and true, the panels are square; whoever erects it knows how to follow the structural requirements and use a level to keep it vertical and you will be warm, safe and comfy for a lifetime.

Chateau Reves d'Enfance is for sale for fixed price of £15,000 ex works to be loaded to transport by 31 March 2026.  Erection information provided. Transports in five sections - main body, turrets and turret roofs.

Main body fully insulated and with Britmet Lite Slate recycled plastic slate roof capped with lead; an external finish of Tricoya Extreme (waterproof MDF) which can be redecorated at your whim.  Internally a staircase and mezzanine (removable) with the walls in Tricoya Extreme.  This childhood dream has a lifespan of 60+ years and is designed to be used from childhood to adulthood.
